2. 20 - 140 Consideration of a petition for a tax refund for tax year 2017 for EOG Resources, Inc., on application 17-05 in the amount of $1,387.73.

3. 20 - 080 Consideration of a resolution appointing Margaret M. White and David A. Marcum to the Laramie County Canvassing Board.

4. 20 - 146 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the ratified submission of a grant application to the WY Office of Secretary of State for an elections/cybersecurity grant in the amount of $10,000 for the purchase of maglocks and card readers for the Laramie County Records Center.

5. 20 - 154 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of four combined applications to the WY Dept. of Family Services for the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, Community Program Initative FFY21 program to request funding for the Boys and Girls Club, CLIMB WY, Greater WY Big Brothers Big Sisters, and My Front Door in the amount of $175,000.

6. 20 - 147 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and KPrime Technologies for the purchase and installation of an x-ray (metal detector) machine at the Courthouse in the amount of $84,850.

7. 20 - 141 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Ascent Technical Services, LLC, to provide ATMs at the M/K Building and two at the Events Center.

8. 20 - 136 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Steiner, Fournier, & Zook, LLC, to provide legal representation to indigent parents in accordance with W.S. 14-3-422(b) and to comply with the County's obligation pursuant to W.S. 14-3-343(b) at a rate of $90/hour.
