2. 21 - 055 Consideration of the annual public investment disclosure by public officers or public servants who invest government funds pursuant to W. S. 6-5-118 for calendar year 2021. The offices of the Laramie County Commissioners, County Clerk, County Treasurer, Clerk of District Court, and the County Sheriff must comply annually with the disclosure requirement.

3. 21 - 061 Consideration of the following fees collected by various County entities for Dec. 2020: County Clerk, $160,761.50; Sheriff, $87,303.43; Clerk of District Court, $14,865.00; Shooting Sports, $18,085.05; Planning & Development, $81,958.58; Circuit Court, $34,825.00; DUI Court, $1,965.00; Drug Court, $495.00.

4. 21 - 067 Consideration of the following part-time salaries in the amount of $35,334.19 for Jan. 2021: Planning, $830.00; Shooting Sports, $4,984.39; Events Dept., $2,992.75; Buildings/Maintenance, $15,776.80; Sheriff Operations, $1,800.00; Detention, $8,096.12; Drug/DUI Courts, $854.13.

5. 21 - 068 Consideration of warrants in the amount of $1,821,198.33 for Jan. 2021.

6. 21 - 057 Consideration of amendment one to the State Homeland Security Program Grant award agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the WY Office of Homeland Security. Proposed amendment revises project description to include CodeRed Services.

7. 21 - 064 Consideration of a resolution authorizing submission of a Mineral Royalty Grant application to the State Loan and Investment Board in the amount of $87,500 with a 50% match for a hydraulic elevator located at the Detention Center.

8. 21 - 066 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and ConvergeOne, Inc., to renew the Intrado Maintenance Agreement, in the amount of $39,655.38, to provide 911 managed services including but not limited to monitoring, remote technical support and software protection as specifically described in attachment A.
