5. 21 - 169 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the participation of Laramie County, WY, in the Emergency Rental Assistance Program under the WY Dept. of Family Services to aid eligible Laramie County residents with rental and utility assistance in the estimated amount of $288,434.

6. 21 - 167 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission and acceptance of a grant to the U.S. Dept. of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration to fund the Cheyenne Regional Airport runway reconstruction design and bidding services in the amount of $660,940.

7. 21 - 168 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission and acceptance of a grant to the U.S. Dept. of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act to fund the Cheyenne Regional Airport for costs related to operations, cleaning, sanitization, janitorial services, combating the spread of pathogens at the airport, and debt service payments in the amount of $1,005,672.

8. 21 - 157 Consideration of a subrecipient agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the WY Dept. of Transportation for a Congestion Mitigation Air Quality grant award in the amount of $134,720 with a match of $33,680 to run through Dec. 31, 2023. Grant funds will be used to apply magnesium chloride on County Roads 102, 210, and 222 for a total of 24.07 miles.

9. 21 - 166 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the WY Office of Homeland Security, FFY21 State Homeland Security Grant Program, for EMA for Emergency Notifications and Emergency Operations Center equipment in the amount of $114,144.
