2. 21 - 406 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Cheyenne/Laramie County Economic Development Joint Powers Board to promote and support economic development activities and to monitor economic development within Laramie County. The term of the agreement is from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. The County shall pay compensation not to exceed $20,000 only if money is available pursuant to repayment of Community Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Fund.

3. 21 - 407 Consideration of a subaward agreement between Laramie County, WY, and WYDOT in the amount of $2,500 for a FFY22 Highway Safety Program for a Local Occupant Protection High Visibility Overtime grant award to run through Sept 30, 2022.

4. 21 - 408 Consideration of a subaward agreement between Laramie County, WY, and WYDOT in the amount of $8,215 for a FFY22 Highway Safety Program for a Local Impaired Driving High Visibility Overtime grant award to run through Sept 30, 2022.

5. 21 - 409 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Drug Testing Center of Cheyenne, Inc in an amount not to exceed $7,500 to provide drug testing and other related services to DUI Court participants.

6. 21 - 410 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Drug Testing Center of Cheyenne, Inc in an amount not to exceed $12,000 to provide community supervision including but not limited to home visits, employment schedule verification, electronic monitoring, urinalysis testing, and other drug testing supervision services for Drug Court participants.

7. 21 - 404 Consideration of the ratification of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Recco, Inc dba Five-R Co in an amount not to exceed $647,766 for design and construction of an indoor livestock wash rack at the Archer Event Center.

8. 21 - 395 Consideration of the annual agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the City of Cheyenne, Office of Youth Alternatives (Juvenile Probation Services) in the amount of $60,000 to remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2022.

9. 21 - 349 Consideration of the annual economic development services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Cheyenne LEADS in the amount of $50,000 to remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2022.

10. 21 - 347 Consideration of the annual funding agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority in the amount of $5,000 to remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2022.
