Grants

16. 22 - 280 Consideration of a US Dept of Treasury, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund subaward agreement between Laramie County, WY, and South Cheyenne Water and Sewer Dist in the amount of $618,750 from ARPA funds for a pressure-reducing valve and bore under S Greeley Hwy to run through Dec 31, 2023.

17. 22 - 281 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and S&S Builders, LLC in an amount not to exceed $252,992 for remodeling of Human Resources offices, Ste 140.

18. 22 - 305 Consideration of a resolution approving an American Rescue Plan Grant in an amount not to exceed $74,000 to the Town of Albin for needed Community Center upgrades.

19. 22 - 302 Consideration of a resolution approving American Rescue Plan Nonprofit Grant Funding in an amount not to exceed $2,431,116.74 to fund 41 community nonprofits.

20. 22 - 306 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and LINX Multimedia in an amount not to exceed $104,185.39 to provide AV equipment for the Commissioners boardroom.

Contract/Agreement/Leases

21. 22 - 278 Consideration of the ratification of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Pouppirt Architects in an amount not to exceed $461,700 to provide professional design services in connection with the full design of the new Cheyenne Senior Activity Center.

22. 22 - 279 Consideration of a memorandum of understanding between Laramie County, WY, and the other Wyoming counties for the Wyoming boards of county commissioners to annually host staffers from the United States Congress on tour of public lands and resources in the state. The counties agree to contribute funds on an annual basis to cover a portion of the costs of the tour.
