1. 23 - 37 Consideration of the Minutes of Proceedings for Jan 17, 2023.

2. 23 - 27 Consideration of a memorandum of understanding between Laramie County, WY, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, City of Cheyenne and Dr Clair White, University of Wyoming. The purpose of the MOU is to clarify and outline implementation of a community-based law enforcement and behavioral health co-response to behavioral health emergency calls within Laramie County.

3. 23 - 32 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, Laramie County Events Dept, WY Secretary of State's office, and the University of Wyoming, to modify the Wyoming Bucking Horse & Rider Organizational Use Agreement as attachment A.

4. 23 - 33 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Robert Smith Presents, LLC in an amount of $8,750 to provide a Play with Giants Game & Activity Center at the Laramie County Fair.

5. 23 - 38 Consideration of a resolution designating Laramie County, WY, financial institutions as depositories and authorization to place investments. It is further resolved that Tammy Deisch, Laramie County Treasurer, shall have the authority to place investments on behalf of Laramie County, WY.

6. 23 - 39 Consideration of the deletion from the Sheriff's fixed asset inventory of a 2003 Ford E350 traded to KGA-Chey, LLC.

7. 23 - 41 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and D&D Concrete, LLC in an amount not to exceed $5,100 to provide concrete services in the atrium of the Courthouse as described in attachment A. The agreement provides for potential future work upon mutual agreement between the contractor and the Laramie County maintenance director.

8. 23 - 49 Consideration of a legal services contract between Laramie County, WY, and Ronnie Lopez and/or his designee to provide hearing officer services for administrative hearings, legal counsel to the Laramie County Board of Equalization, and to serve as hearing officer for the 2023 CBOE appeal hearings at a rate of $250/hour.

9. 23 - 42 Consideration of five one-day catering permits submitted by The Knotty Pine Saloon for events on Feb 2, 25, Mar 9, 11 and Apr 15, 2023 at the Archer Complex.

10. 23 - 51 Consideration of the following fees collected by various County entities for Dec 2022: County Clerk, $108,122.11; Sheriff, $300,578.23; Clerk of District Court, $13,011.00; Shooting Sports, $15,909.15; Planning & Development, $81,956.94; Circuit Court, $68,484.00; DUI Court, $650.00; Drug Court, $140.00.
