11. 23 - 338 Consideration of a US Dept of the Treasury Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund subaward contract between Laramie County, WY, and the Tourism Promotion Joint Powers Board (Visit Cheyenne) in an amount of $50,000 to run through Dec 31, 2024.

12. 23 - 311 Consideration of the ratification of a contract between Laramie County, WY, and Rocky Mountain Derby Promotions in the amount of $18,500 to provide the demolition derby at the Archer Complex.

13. 23 - 329 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Artsy Events, LLC, dba Wowzers, in the amount of $5,865 to provide airbrush art services at the Laramie County Fair.

14. 23 - 330 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and CEW Enterprises, Inc, in an amount not to exceed $38,032.80 for renting bleachers at the Laramie County Fair as described in attachment A.

15. 23 - 331 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Colorado Event Productions in the amount of $12,431 to provide two Oculus setups for virtual reality games at the Laramie County Fair.

16. 23 - 332 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Harmony Artists, Inc, in the amount of $6,500 to provide Twinkle Time & Friends at the Laramie County Fair.

17. 23 - 333 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and The Party People, LLC, in the amount of $7,295 to provide entertainment services at the Laramie County Fair as described in attachment A.

18. 23 - 343 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Bobby D Bindert to provide an equipment staging area and electricity on an as-needed basis to heat Public Works equipment. The agreement shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2024.

19. 23 - 315 Consideration of the ratification of a catering permit submitted by Bluebird, Inc, dba Uncle Charlies Grill & Tavern, for an event on July 15, 2023 at the Hereford Ranch.

20. 23 - 299 Consideration of the ratification of a two-day catering permit submitted by Town & Country Supermarket Liquors for an event on June 24 and 25, 2023 at 516 S Greeley Hwy.
