3. 23 - 555 Consideration of amendment one to the administrative services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of WY that was effective July 1, 2023.

4. 23 - 542 Consideration of a resolution authorizing acceptance of a grant award in the amount of $50,000 from the Cheyenne Community Recreation District for an inclusive playground to be located at Archer.

5. 23 - 543 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing acceptance of a grant award in the amount of $227,200 from the US Dept of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, for a FY23 Law Enforcement Agency De-escalation grant for the Sheriff's office to run through Sept 30, 2025.

6. 23 - 544 Consideration of amendment two to the grant agreement between Laramie County, WY, and WY Dept of Public Health Division, to modify the scope of services.

7. 23 - 540 Consideration of the deletion from Building Maintenance's fixed asset inventory of a 2007 GMC Sierra as a trade-in to KGA-Chey, LLC.

8. 23 - 538 Consideration of the ratification of a 10 day malt beverage permit submitted by S&W Properties, dba Vino's Wine and Spirits, for an event Nov 13 - 19 and Nov 24 - 26, 2023, at the Archer Complex.

9. 23 - 547 Consideration of an addendum to the UGAAP license order form and master license agreement between Laramie County, WY, and UGAAP, LLC, to provide software for tracking and reporting leases under GASB 87 and 96. The agreement shall remain in full force and effect for three years with the option to extend for additional three-year terms or until terminated in accordance with the agreement.

10. 23 - 553 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Summit Food Services, LLC, to provide food services at the Juvenile Services Center. The agreement shall remain in full force and effect until April 30, 2024.
