8. 25 - 204 Consideration of an addendum to the lease between Laramie County, WY, and Advanced Investment Solutions, LLC, (AIS). AIS shall pay a termination sum of $3,710 to the county.

9. 25 - 205 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the city of Cheyenne in an amount not to exceed $156,850 to authorize the city to furnish the county with animal control services from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

10. 25 - 207 Consideration of an addendum to the work proposal agreement quote number #25Y0330 between Laramie County, WY, and Range Renovations Consulting, Inc, in the amount of $68,970 upon satisfactory completion of services detailed in attachment A.
