Contract/Agreement/Leases

17. 26 - 061 Consideration of amendment two to the cooperative agreement (200218-02) between Laramie County, WY, and the WY Dept of Transportation for county project B221004 (US 30 and Dell Range Blvd and Whitney Rd). The amendment is to revise provisions in the original agreement as outlined in the amendment.

18. 26 - 062 Consideration of a cooperative agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the WY Dept of Transportation (WYDOT) and the city of Cheyenne for federal project B231031 for improvements to US 30, Dell Range Blvd and Whitney Rd.

19. 26 - 068 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of a three-year agreement to International Data Base Corp, dba Bidnet, to implement and use an E-Procurement system to publish all county solicitations to an online portal, year one $9,233.75, year two $9,695.44 and year three $10,180.21 to run through Feb 3, 2029.
