11. 26 - 095 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the WY State Forestry Division, Urban and Community Forestry Program, for a cost-share grant in the amount of $5,000 with a cash match of $5,125 to purchase and plant up to 38 trees at the Laramie County Events RV Park.

12. 26 - 092 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Alpacaglobo, LLC, to provide balloon-twisting entertainment at the Laramie County Fair. The county shall pay the amount of $6,120.

Grants

18. 26 - 109 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Bulldogger Services, Inc, in an amount not to exceed $44,000 to purchase a sod mulcher as described in exhibit A.

19. 26 - 084 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Great Western Installation in an amount not to exceed $59,998.35 to provide and install playground equipment at Orchard Valley Park. The project shall be completed no later than Oct 31, 2026.

20. 26 - 083 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Quality Electric in an amount not to exceed $74,850 to provide and install retrofitted wall scones with LED lights at the Laramie County Governmental Complex, 309 W 20th St.
