2. 26 - 523 Consideration of a legal services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Daniels Law, LLC, to provide representation to indigent parents in accordance with WS 14-3-422(b) and to comply with the county's obligation pursuant to WS 14-3-434(b) at a rate of $150 per hour.

3. 26 - 502 Consideration of the ratification of amendment one to contract (260203-2) between Laramie County, WY, the city of Cheyenne and WY State Parks and Cultural Resources, to extend the project performance period through Sept 30, 2026, for the America 250 Celebration Concert: Honoring Our Heritage project.

4. 26 - 499 Consideration of a subaward agreement between WY Dept of Transportation and Laramie County, WY, for a FFY27 Highway Safety Program DUI Court grant in the amount of $11,100 to run through Sept 30, 2027, for three court staff and judges to attend the All Rise National Conference.

5. 26 - 503 Consideration of a grant award contract between the State of WY, Office of the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Investigation, and Laramie County, WY, for a FY24 Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant for the Sheriff's office in the amount of $25,206 to run through Sept 15, 2027.

6. 26 - 505 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the Dept of Justice for a FFY26 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant to be shared between the city of Cheyenne Police Dept and the Sheriff's office in the amount of $66,012 (City $54,193 and County $11,819).

7. 26 - 504 Consideration of the ratification of a services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and IMBU BV, to provide eight RoadGuard V2 Compact units and a 24-month portal subscription for Public Works in an amount not to exceed $19,689.05 to run through Sept 29, 2028.

8. 26 - 506 Consideration of 17 separate professional services agreements between Laramie County, WY, and AVI Professional Corp; Ayres Associates, Inc; Benchmark Engineers, PC; Civilworx, LLC; HDR Engineering, Inc; Inberg-Miller Engineers; Incline Civil, LLC; Jones Land Surveying, Inc; JR Engineering, LLC; JVA, Inc; Martin/Martin Wyoming, Inc; Outer Edge Engineering, PLLC; Raven Ecology, LLC; Stantec Consulting Services, Inc; Sunrise Engineering, LLC; Trihydro Corp; and WSP USA, Inc, to provide on-call engineering and surveying services.

9. 26 - 507 Consideration of amendment #2 to the master services agreement dated Jan 1, 2023, between Laramie County, WY, and UPMC Benefit Management Services, Inc, dba Workpartners, to amend the fee summary effective Jan 1, 2027.

10. 26 - 501 Consideration of a contract for services between Laramie County, WY, and the city of Cheyenne, Office of Youth Alternatives, in an amount not to exceed $95,799 to provide crisis shelter services to remain in effect until June 30, 2027.
