10. 21 - 042 PUBLIC HEARING and consideration of the postponement request regarding a road vacation petition for Co. Rd. 148, approximately 3,700 feet more or less, beginning at the southernmost portion of the shared section line between Sect. 12, T.14N., R.63W., and Sect. 7, T.14N., R.62W., of the 6th P.M., Laramie County, WY.

Grants

11. 21 - 033 Consideration of a memorandum of understanding between Laramie County, WY, and the Laramie County Community Partnership to outline responsibilities and expectations of the above-mentioned parties in relation to the WY Dept. of Health's Community Prevention Grant to run through June 30, 2022.

12. 21 - 034 Consideration of a notice of award to Tobin and Associates, P.C., for design services for a Laramie County EMA & Health Dept. storage facility not to exceed $158,080.

13. 21 - 039 Consideration of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the WY Dept. of Health to fund operations of the Laramie County DUI Court program in the amount of $280,639.80 with a cash match of $28,500.

14. 21 - 041 Consideration of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the WY Dept. of Health to fund operations of the Laramie County Drug Court program in the amount of $233,866.50 with a cash match of $36,500.

Contract/Agreement/Leases

15. 21 - 037 Consideration of an addendum and proposal in the amount of $79,799 between Laramie County, WY, and ArcaSearch Corp., to process and incorporate into the County's historic records website, images of real estate mortgage and other records recorded by the County Clerk's office from 1868 through 1994.

16. 21 - 043 Consideration of an addendum and rental agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Games Galore Party Rental, Inc., to provide inflatable games as described in attachment A, in the amount of $13,750.

17. 21 - 044 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Matthew Davis, dba Adventure Quest Events, to provide entertainment services as described in attachment A, in the amount of $10,000.

18. 21 - 052 Consideration of the ratification of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, Laramie County Events Dept., WY Secretary of State's office, and the University of Wyoming, to modify the Wyoming Bucking Horse & Rider Organizational Use Agreement as attachment A.
