4. 21 - 028 Consideration of a resolution designating Laramie County, WY, financial institutions as depositories and authorization to place investments. It is further resolved that Trudy L. Eisele, Laramie County Treasurer, shall have authority to place investments on behalf of Laramie County, WY.

5. 21 - 032 Consideration of a petition for a tax refund for tax year 2018 for EOG Resources, Inc., on application 18-05 in the amount of $0.66.

6. 21 - 030 Consideration of an adult housing agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the City of Cheyenne at a rate specifically described in item 4 of the agreement.

7. 21 - 031 Consideration of a juvenile housing agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the City of Cheyenne at the rate of $195 per detainee per day.

8. 21 - 040 Consideration of the transfer of a 2011 Chevrolet Impala from the Sheriff's Dept. to Peak Wellness.
