2. 21 - 179 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Alpacaglobo, LLC, to provide balloon twisting entertainment at the Laramie County Fair, in the amount of $3,500.

3. 21 - 180 Consideration of an addendum to agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Great American Entertainment Co, LLC, to provide an Ag-VentureLand Kids Area at the Laramie County Fair, in the amount of $8,400 plus one hotel room with two beds for seven days.

4. 21 - 183 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Artsy Events & Giggle Loopsy to provide airbrush face painting services at the Laramie County Fair in the amount of $4,130.

5. 21 - 184 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the WY State Forestry Division, State Fire Assistance Program to fund Laramie County Fire Districts for trainings, e.g. wildland, high/low angle rescue, grain rescue, structural firefighting, or hazardous materials, not to exceed $5,000.

7. 21 - 185 Consideration of a malt beverage permit submitted by Cheyenne Field Archers Scholarship Foundation for a scholarship fundraiser event at 7415 Archies Rd on June 5, 2021.

8. 21 - 198 Consideration of the following fees collected by various County entities for March 2021: County Clerk, $147,212.72; Sheriff, $110,165.32; Clerk of District Court, $19,921.62; Shooting Sports, $10,471.26; Planning & Development, $102,618.62; Circuit Court, $59,397.00; DUI Court, $1,188.00; Drug Court, $685.00.

9. 21 - 199 Consideration of the following part-time salaries in the amount of $35,592.02 for April 2021: Planning, $900.00; Shooting Sports, $4,764.96; Events Dept, $1,878.75; Buildings/Maintenance, $15,557.92; Sheriff Operations, $1,800.00; Detention, $8,096.12; Combined Communications Center, $1,740.13; Drug/DUI Courts, $854.14.

10. 21 - 200 Consideration of warrants in the amount of $2,233,416.34 for April 2021.
