2. 22 - 169 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the WY Office of Secretary of State for an elections/cybersecurity grant for physical election security items in the amount of $41,775.

3. 22 - 175 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing the submission of the FY22-24 Laramie County Prevention Grant application to the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in the amount of $6,000 to request funding for the Risk Dept for prevention efforts at the Events Center for adult overconsumption of alcohol and enforcement of underage drinking laws.

4. 22 - 171 Consideration of the ratification of amendment one to the grant agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the WY Business Council for the VMAccel Managed Data Center Cost Reduction Project to update attachment C, the contingency and development agreement between Laramie County, WY, and VMAccel.

5. 22 - 172 Consideration of the ratification of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and LINX Multimedia, LLLP in an amount not to exceed $95,368.43 to provide AV equipment for the EMA Emergency Operations Center and training room.

6. 22 - 188 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of four combined applications to the WY Dept of Family Services for the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, Community Program Initiative for FFY23 program requesting funding for the Boys and Girls Club, CLIMB WY, Greater WY Big Brothers Big Sisters and My Front Door in the amount of $175,000.

7. 22 - 187 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Command Sourcing, Inc in an amount not to exceed $35,806 to purchase a UVC robot for the Juvenile Services Center.

8. 22 - 170 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Carpet One, Commercial Flooring, Inc in an amount not to exceed $32,082 to provide flooring for the Health Dept.

9. 22 - 191 Consideration of an amendment to the food service contract between Laramie County, WY, and Summit Food Services, LLC to provide management of food service operations at the Detention Center. The agreement is for one additional year, beginning May 1, 2022.

10. 22 - 174 Consideration of a catering permit submitted by Viper, Inc dba The Den located at 8 US Hwy 85 for an event on June 25, 2022.
