1. 22 - 354 Consideration of the Minutes of Proceedings for June 7, 2022.

2. 22 - 319 Consideration of a contract between WY Dept of Health and Laramie County, WY, in an amount not to exceed $248,465.25 to fund the DUI Court program.

3. 22 - 320 Consideration of a contract between WY Dept of Health and Laramie County, WY, in an amount not to exceed $171,365.37 to fund the Drug Court program.

4. 22 - 321 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Rave Wireless, Inc dba Rave Mobile Safety to assist Combined Communications with setup, configuration and licensing of the Rave 911 Suite and associated products and services as described in attachment A and County shall pay in accordance with the provisions of attachment B.

5. 22 - 331 Consideration of an addendum to modify contract 220607-4 between Laramie County, WY, and Rocky Mountain Derby Promotions.

6. 22 - 322 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Legal Aid of WY, Inc to provide legal representation to individuals detained under the involuntary hospitalization process established pursuant to WS 25-10-101 et seq, including participation in emergency detention and civil commitment hearings as scheduled. The agreement shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2023, and the County shall pay the contractor $100 per hour to provide legal services as described in the agreement.

7. 22 - 330 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the US Dept of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, for a Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Site-based Program grant for the Sheriff's Dept in partnership with the City of Cheyenne Police Dept, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, HealthWorks, Volunteers of America and Crossroads Health Clinic in the amount of $1,300,000.

8. 22 - 318 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the WY Secretary of State for an elections/cybersecurity grant to purchase a camera to provide video surveillance of the election server and ballot printer in the amount of $2,250.

9. 22 - 323 Consideration of the ratification of a proposal by Ram Trucking, Inc in the amount of $14,860 to provide backstop material for Shooting Sports.

10. 22 - 328 Consideration of the ratification of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Summit Engineering to provide professional engineering services in connection with the design and construction of a portion of County Rd 215 (aka Railroad Rd). The payment for services provided in attachment A.
