2. 23 - 91 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Custom Home Painters and Concrete Coatings in an amount not to exceed $2,850 to coat a classroom at Shooting Sports facility.

3. 23 - 93 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Volunteers of America to allow VOA to use a county-owned vehicle to deliver mental health services to the citizens of eastern Laramie County.

4. 23 - 94 Consideration of the third amendment to the service agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Granicus, LLC, to modify the Granicus Service Agreement as detailed in Exhibit A.

5. 23 - 96 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Landree Trehal, dba ShowBarnFlix, in an amount not to exceed $8,450 to provide livestreaming events at the Laramie County Fair as described in attachment A.
