3. 23 - 133 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, General Community Benefit Funding Program, for the Coroner's Office to purchase suicide prevention materials in the amount of $2,500.

4. 23 - 139 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the WY Office of Homeland Security, FFY23 State Homeland Security Grant Program, for the EMA to fund a thermal imaging camera system to be installed on the jointly owned Sno-Cat in the amount of $23,000.
