3. 23 - 142 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the WY Office of Homeland Security, FFY23 State Homeland Security, Grant Program, to purchase four rifle-rated ballistic shields for the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $40,000.

4. 23 - 143 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the WY Office of Homeland Security, Emergency Management Planning Grant Program, to request Emergency Management operational funding for FY24 in the amount of $168,189 with a 50% match.
