19. 23 - 229 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Jayhawk Trailers, Inc, in an amount not to exceed of $21,800 to purchase a bumper pull trailer.

20. 23 - 214 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the US Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration to fund the Cheyenne Regional Airport for a passenger boarding bridge and the acceptance of the FAA grant in an amount not to exceed $5,050,000.

21. 23 - 206 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and WY Machinery Co in an amount not to exceed $944,250 to purchase three caterpillar motor graders along with the trade-in of three John Deere graders.
