2. 23 - 196 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Alpacaglobo, LLC, in the amount of $3,600 to provide twisting entertainment at the Laramie County Fair.

3. 23 - 209 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Billy Traughber, dba MicroMania, in the amount of $10,000 to provide MicroMania Midget Wrestling during the Laramie County Fair.

4. 23 - 208 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Fuzion, Inc, in the amount of $12,000 to provide Los Chicos del 512: The Selena Experience at the Archer Event Center.
