3. 23 - 443 Consideration of the ratification of a subaward agreement between WY Dept of Transportation and Laramie County, WY, in the amount of $5,000 for a FFY24 Highway Safety Program for high visibility enforcement activities to run through Sept 30, 2024.

4. 23 - 444 Consideration of the ratification of a subaward agreement between WY Dept of Transportation and Laramie County, WY, in the amount of $20,000 for a FFY24 Highway Safety Program for DUI Impaired Driving Enforcement activities to run through Sept 30, 2024.

5. 23 - 435 Consideration of the ratification of an addendum to an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and CorrHealth for comprehensive inmate healthcare programs and services to extend agreement (200721-16) and amendment (220802-5). The term shall be from June 30, 2023, through Oct 21, 2023.
