2. 24 - 190 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Simon Contractors for the County Road 142 Reconstruction project.

3. 24 - 173 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, General Community Benefit Program, to purchase suicide prevention materials for the Coroner's office in the amount of $2,500.

4. 24 - 174 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for the Laramie County Prevention Grant FFY25 and FFY26 requesting funds to purchase suicide prevention materials for the Coroner's office in the amount of $10,000.

5. 24 - 175 Consideration of the ratification of five separate agreements between Laramie County, WY, and Mark Dexter, Bradley J Halter, Jared Frakes, Amanda Clawson and Chancey Duncan to provide advanced impaired driving detection training throughout the State of Wyoming under the DRE grant.

6. 24 - 188 Consideration of the ratification of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Laramie Fire Protection in an amount not to exceed $187,695 to provide and install a replacement fire panel in the Historic Courthouse.

8. 24 - 196 Consideration of the deletion from the Sheriff's fixed asset inventory of a 2014 Ford Taurus to be sold at public auction.

9. 24 - 179 Consideration of a 10-day catering permit submitted by Bullseye Operations, LLC, dba Outlaw Saloon, for events on July 19 through 28, 2024, at 312 S Greeley Hwy, lot area.

10. 24 - 180 Consideration of two one-day catering permits submitted by S&W Properties, LLC, dba Vinos Wine and Spirits, for events on April 27 and May 4, 2024, at the Archer Complex.
