2. 24 - 259 Consideration of a memorandum of understanding between Laramie County, WY, and the University of Wyoming to authorize expenditures to support Extension programs from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025.

3. 24 - 260 Consideration of five FY24 annual compensation agreements between the Laramie County, WY, and the University of Wyoming.

4. 24 - 256 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the WY Dept of Health for a FY25-26 community prevention grant in the amount of $915,892 for community-based prevention services.

5. 24 - 242 Consideration of amendment one to the cooperative agreement (231003-28) between WY Dept of Transportation and Laramie County, WY, to extend the term of the agreement through May 31, 2026. The original agreement set forth the terms and conditions by which the Sheriff will perform road closure gate duties upon request of the WY Highway Patrol.

6. 24 - 254 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Matthew Davis, dba Adventure Quest Events, in the amount of $10,000 to provide mini golf services at the Laramie County Fair.

10. 24 - 245 Consideration of six one-day catering permits submitted by DeLancey Enterprises, LLC, dba Hell on Wheels Package Liquors, for an event on June 7, 21, 28, July 12, Aug 23 and Sept 6, 2024, at the Archer Complex.
