Consent Agenda

3. 24 - 360 Consideration of five separate memorandums of understanding between Laramie County, WY, and Charlotte Ehlman, Hayden Hubbard, Brendan Nagy, Blair Sanchez and Emma Valois to provide a one-year stipend of $1,500 each as consideration for representing Laramie County as Ambassadors. The ambassadors will carry out the responsibilities outlined in the application for purposes of representing the county with a primary focus on promoting the Laramie County Fair and corresponding activities.

4. 24 - 363 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Outlaw Truck and Tractor Pulling Assoc in the amount of $15,600 to provide a tractor pulling event at the Laramie County Fair.

5. 24 - 359 Consideration of a data sharing agreement between Laramie County, WY, and OMNI Institute for the Laramie County Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program to run through May 31, 2026.

6. 24 - 371 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Scott Andrew Neilson to provide advanced impaired driving detection trainings throughout the State of Wyoming under the DRE grant.

7. 24 - 367 Consideration of an addendum to the contract between Laramie County, WY, and Metals Treatment Technologies, LLC, to provide and complete lead reclamation and other services as described in attachment A at the Shooting Sports Complex.

8. 24 - 368 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Governmentjobs.com, Inc, dba NEOGOV, to provide access to SaaS applications and professional services intended to enhance the ability of the county to screen applicants for its hiring process.

9. 24 - 361 Consideration of a two-day catering permit submitted by DeLancey Enterprises, LLC, dba Hell on Wheels Package Liquors, for an event on Aug 17 and 18, 2024, at the Riata Ranch Event Center, 826 Arena Lane.

10. 24 - 362 Consideration of a catering permit submitted by S&W Properties, LLC, dba Vinos Wine And Spirits, for an event on Aug 9, 2024, at the Hereford Ranch.
