2. 24 - 482 Consideration of the ratification of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Appraise Wyoming, Inc, to provide for appraisal of the property in connection with the Pacific Ave project.

3. 24 - 483 Consideration of amendment two to the memorandum of understanding (240319-9) between the WY Livestock Board, funding agency, and Laramie County, WY, to increase the total dollar amount to $45,000.

4. 24 - 470 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the acceptance of a grant award from the Cheyenne Community Recreation District in the amount of $50,000 to replace playground equipment at North Clear Creek Park.

5. 24 - 471 Consideration of a grant award contract between Laramie County, WY, and the State of WY, Office of the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Investigation, for a FY22 Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant for the Sheriff's office in the amount of $11,543 to provide funding for training and travel.

6. 24 - 480 Consideration of a subgrantee agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the Greater WY Big Brothers Big Sisters of Laramie County for a WY Dept of Family Services TANF grant in the amount of $13,264.29 to run through Sept 30, 2025.

7. 24 - 481 Consideration of a subgrantee agreement between Laramie County, WY, and CLIMB WY of Cheyenne for a WY Dept of Family Services TANF grant in the amount of $72,313.08 to run through Sept 30, 2025.

8. 24 - 484 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Carpet One Commercial Flooring, Inc, in the amount of $12,711 to install carpet at the Guardian ad Litem office, located at 310 W 19th St, Suite 100, pursuant to estimate JE022707-001, attached and incorporated herein as "Attachment".

9. 24 - 485 Consideration of an addendum to the 2024-2025 janitorial services agreement for 2020 Carey Ave between Laramie County, WY, and TFM22, LLC, in the amount of $9,256 per month to provide and complete the services as fully described in attachment A, commencing Oct 1, 2024, until July 31, 2025.

10. 24 - 487 Consideration of the ratification of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Power Systems West, Inc in the amount of $5,434.32 to provide and complete the services as fully described in attachment A.
