4. 25 - 003 Consideration of a lease agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Laramie County Riders' Assoc. The agreement shall remain in full force and effect until March 1, 2027.

5. 25 - 004 Consideration of a lease agreement between Laramie County, WY, and The Event at Archer for premises located at 11215 Thunder Rd, to remain in full force and effect until Jan 1, 2028.

6. 25 - 005 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Live a Little Productions, Inc, in the amount of $19,880 to provide a motorsport and truck event at the Laramie County Motocross Park on Aug 9, 2025.

7. 25 - 020 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and The Adventure Zone, Inc, in the amount of $16,200 to provide games and attractions on March 1 and 2, 2025.
