3. 25 - 044 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and The Adventure Zone, Inc, in the amount of $17,700 to provide games and inflatable attractions at the Laramie County Fair.

4. 25 - 037 Consideration of the ratification of a memorandum of understanding between WY Dept of Transportation and Laramie County, WY, to establish the responsibilities associated with the purchase and installation of signage at various locations throughout the county. The MOU will remain in full force and effect until Dec 31, 2026.

5. 25 - 030 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation to request funding in the amount of $44,722.20 to purchase 20 AEDs for the Sheriff's office.

6. 25 - 036 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing acceptance of a grant award from the Dept of Justice for a FY24 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant in the amount of $61,863 to run through Sept 30, 2027. The grant funds will be used jointly by the Sheriff's office ($15,006) and the city of Cheyenne Police Dept ($46,857) for duty gear, overtime and training.

7. 25 - 042 Consideration of a catering permit submitted by S&W Properties, LLC, dba Vinos Wine and Spirits, for an event on Feb 22, 2025, at the Archer Complex.

8. 25 - 029 Consideration of a catering permit submitted by The Knotty Pine Saloon for an event on Feb 1, 2025, at the Riata Ranch Event Center, 826 Arena Ln.

9. 25 - 034 Consideration of a two-day microbrewery malt beverage permit submitted by Blue Raven Brewery, LLC, dba Blue Raven Brewery, for an event on Feb 15 and 16, 2025, at the Archer Complex.
