2. 25 - 102 Consideration of an addendum to master agency agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc, dba SCRAM Systems, to provide and complete the services described in attachment A which includes providing monitoring services and equipment for DUI Court participants to run through March 17, 2028.

3. 25 - 103 Consideration of the ratification of a three-day catering permit submitted by DeLancey Enterprises, LLC, dba Hell on Wheels Package Liquors, for an event on March 14 through March 16, 2025, at the Archer Complex.

4. 25 - 104 Consideration of a one-day catering permit submitted by DeLancey Enterprises, LLC, dba Hell on Wheels Package Liquors, for an event on March 22, 2025, at the Archer Complex.

5. 25 - 105 Consideration of a two-day catering permit submitted by DeLancey Enterprises, LLC, dba Hell on Wheels Package Liquors, for an event on March 22 and 23, 2025, at 5380 Co Rd 238.

Contract/Agreement/Leases

6. 25 - 106 Consideration of a legal services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the Law Office of Shelly Kay Flot, PC, to provide representation to indigent parents in accordance with WS 14-3-422(b) and to comply with county's obligation pursuant to WS 14-3-434(b) at a rate of $100/hour. (Postponed from the March 4, 2025 meeting)

7. 25 - 110 Consideration of a master software as service agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Zasio Enterprises, Inc, in the amount of $31,945 to establish the terms for Zasio's provision of Zasio Services to customer and customer's access and use of Zasio Services pursuant to order forms entered into under this agreement from time-to-time

8. 25 - 108 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Codex Corp, dba Guardian RFID, in the amount of $41,142 to provide a system comprised of hardware, support services, and web-based software as a service platform to deliver inmate management, monitoring and tracking solutions. The annual renewal fee is $32,056.
