1. 25 - 127 Consideration of the Minutes of Proceedings for March 18, 2025.

2. 25 - 125 Consideration of a lease agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Southeast WY RC Club. This lease agreement shall remain in full force and effect until Dec 31, 2027.

3. 25 - 129 Consideration of the deletion from Public Works fixed asset inventory of two 2004 Peterbilt semis, a 2009 Peterbilt truck with water tank, a paver, and a 2013 pintle hook equipment trailer to be sold.

4. 25 - 130 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Riata Water to purchase water at a rate of $9.50 per one thousand gallons.

5. 25 - 134 Consideration of amendment No 1 to agreement (240319-22) between Laramie County, WY, and MedTrust, LLC, dba MedHealth, to extend the agreement from March 27, 2025, through and including June 30, 2025, to provide correctional health care services.

6. 25 - 121 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Codex Corp, dba Guardian RFID, in the amount of $16,218 to provide a system comprised of hardware, support services, and web-based software as a service platform to deliver inmate management, monitoring and tracking solutions at the Juvenile Services Center. The annual renewal fee is $12,324.

7. 25 - 118 Consideration of the ratification of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and QLess, Inc, in the amount of $14,883 to provide a mobile queuing and appointment platform for the Laramie County Clerk's office.

8. 25 - 117 Consideration of a catering permit submitted by S&W Properties, LLC, dba Vinos Wine and Spirits, for an event on May 2, 2025, at the Archer Complex.

9. 25 - 136 Consideration of the following fees collected by various county entities for Feb 2025: County Clerk, $112,948; Sheriff, $141,867.28; Clerk of District Court, $20,511.08; Shooting Sports, $14,418.36; Planning & Development, $108,440.86; Circuit Court, $58,362.00; DUI Court, $680.00; Drug Court, $1,685.00.

10. 25 - 137 Consideration of the following part-time salaries in the amount of $53,173.01 for March 2025: Planning, $683.56; Shooting Sports, $6,764.30; Buildings/Maintenance, $17,756.76; Sheriff Operations, $2,061.18; Detention, $23,009.79; Drug/DUI Courts, $2,897.42.
