2. 25 - 489 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the acceptance of a grant award from the Cheyenne Community Recreation District in the amount of $55,000 to purchase playground equipment for Orchard Valley in partnership with the Laramie County Recreation Planning and Advisory Board.

3. 25 - 491 Consideration of a grant award agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the WY Office of Homeland Security in the amount of $55,292.91 for a FY22 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program award to purchase and install SilverFort, an adaptive multi-factor authentication and identity access management, to run through Nov 30, 2026.

4. 25 - 492 Consideration of a grant award agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the WY Office of Homeland Security in the amount of $281,113.98 for a FY23 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program award to purchase and implement DarkTrace, a security solution that delivers preventive and live threat detection, to run through Nov 30, 2027.

5. 25 - 487 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Hopdox, LLC, for electronic recordings in the County Clerk's office.

6. 25 - 486 Consideration of the deletion from the Sheriff's fixed asset inventory of a 2012 GMC Savana to be sold at public auction.

7. 25 - 490 Consideration of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the National Rifle Assoc to request funds in the amount of $165,407 for a gun safe and update of 14 shooting stalls at the Shooting Sports Complex .

8. 25 - 494 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Bintel, Inc, in an amount not to exceed $90,005 to update and expand the Community Wildfire Protection Plan, to run through July 31, 2026.
