3. 25 - 586 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and QLess, Inc, in the amount of $15,924.81 to provide a mobile queuing and appointment platform for the Laramie County Clerk's office.

4. 25 - 584 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the Dept of Justice for a FY25 Bulletproof Vest Grant for the Sheriff's office to purchase up to 21 vests in the amount of $15,500.94 with a 50% match.

5. 25 - 573 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of a FY27 and FY28 grant application to the WY Supreme Court, Wyoming Court Supervised Treatment Program Grant, in the amount of $491,769.52 with a cash match of $62,000 for FY27 and a cash match of $63,098.70 for FY28 to fund the Drug Court program.

6. 25 - 574 Consideration of a resolution authorizing the submission of a FY27 and FY28 grant application to the WY Supreme Court, Wyoming Court Supervised Treatment Program Grant, in the amount of $628,583.52 with a cash match of $78,000 for FY27 and a cash match of $78,000 for FY28 to fund the DUI Court program.

7. 25 - 585 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and AVI, PC in an amount not to exceed $713,911.25 for Roundtop Rd improvements as described in attachment A.

8. 25 - 589 Consideration of an addendum to agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Paladin Technologies, Inc, in the amount of $60,080 to provide support services for county building access control systems and video surveillance systems.

9. 25 - 591 Consideration of the ratification of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Reiman Corp to provide Clear Creek Phase III improvements and parking facilities in the amount of $848,481.
