11. 26 - 177 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. The purpose of the agreement is to provide disposition of indigent decedents within Laramie County through cremation or burial at a set rate of $1,500 per cremation or burial at the request of the Laramie County Coroner on a rotation basis.

12. 26 - 181 Consideration of a services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Alsco, Inc, dba Alsco Uniforms, to provide textile rental services for Public Works as described in exhibit A.

14. 26 - 168 Consideration of the following part-time salaries in the amount of $53,450.04 for March 2026: Planning, $713.28; Shooting Sports, $6,794.02; Buildings/Maintenance, $18,766.51; Sheriff Operations, $2,164.25; Detention, $23,981.90; District Court, $1,030.08.

16. 26 - 166 Consideration of comments on two amendments to the PlanCheyenne Future Land Use Map: 1) Stansberry Farms from Mixed-use Residential to Mixed-use Employment for approximately 90 acres (south of I-80, east of Southwest Dr) 2) Cox Ranch annexation adding land to the urban service boundary, designating that land as Mixed-use Employment and changing land adjacent to that addition from Urban Transition Residential to Mixed-use Employment (only the area proposed to be annexed north and adjacent Happy Jack Rd, west of Roundtop).
