1. 26 - 163 Consideration of the Minutes of Proceedings for March 17, 2026.

2. 26 - 154 Consideration of the ratification of a services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Schneider Geospatial, LLC, to provide services in accordance with scope of services in exhibit A. The county agrees to pay the provider in accordance with exhibit C. The agreement shall continue in full force until June 30, 2029, unless sooner terminated as provided.

3. 26 - 151 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the WY Dept of Transportation, Highway Safety Behavioral Grants Program, requesting funds under the Impaired Driving Reduction & Safety Project for the Laramie County Recovery Courts in the amount of $64,100.

4. 26 - 152 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the WY Office of Homeland Security, 2022/2023 State Homeland Security Grant Program, requesting funds to purchase 24 portable radios with programming for EMA in the amount of $187,358.64.

5. 26 - 165 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the WY Office of Homeland Security, 2022/2023 State Homeland Security Grant Program, requesting funds to purchase 50 ballistic helmets for the Sheriff's office in the amount of $44,999.50.

6. 26 - 153 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, FY27/28 Prevention Grant, requesting funds to purchase suicide prevention materials for the Coroner's office in the amount of $5,000.

7. 26 - 179 Consideration of a resolution authorizing submission of a FY26 grant application to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, General Community Benefit Grant, requesting funds to purchase suicide prevention materials for the Coroner's office in the amount of $2,500.

8. 26 - 178 Consideration of the second addendum to the US Dept of the Treasury Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund. The addendum removes all reference to the Sweetgrass Development of the nonprofit subaward contract between Laramie County, WY, and the Laramie Co Library.

9. 26 - 160 Consideration of a memorandum of understanding between Laramie County, WY, and Cheyenne Health and Wellness, dba HealthWorks, to establish an understanding between the parties regarding billing for, and payment of, funds allocated to the county pursuant to a contract between the county and WY Dept of Health for Laramie County Recovery Courts participants diagnosed with opioid or stimulant use disorders.

10. 26 - 176 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes. The purpose of the agreement is to provide disposition of indigent decedents within Laramie County through cremation or burial at a set rate of $1,500 per cremation or burial at the request of the Laramie County Coroner on a rotation basis.
