2. 26 - 185 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, FY27-28 Laramie County Prevention Grant, to request funds to purchase DARE curriculum materials and provide certification training for the Sheriff's office in the amount of $5,127.55.

3. 26 - 188 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the WY Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police requesting funds to purchase 15 vital monitor sensors for the adult detention center and the juvenile detention center in the amount of $96,950.

4. 26 - 195 Consideration of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the Dept of Justice for a FFY25 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant to be shared between the city of Cheyenne Police Dept and the Sheriff's office in the amount of $64,810 (City $51,917.00 and County $12,893.00).

5. 26 - 197 Consideration of a resolution authorizing submission of a FY26 grant application to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, General Community Benefit Grant, requesting funds for the Sheriff's office's Victims Witness Program in the amount of $2,490.

6. 26 - 203 Consideration of a subrecipient agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the WY State Forestry Division, Urban and Community Forestry Program, for a cost-share grant in the amount of $5,000 with a cash match of $5,125 to purchase and plant up to 38 trees at the Laramie County Events RV Park.

7. 26 - 205 Consideration of a cooperative agreement between WY Dept of Transportation and Laramie County, WY, to set forth the terms and conditions by which the Sheriff will perform road closure gate duties upon request of the WY Highway Patrol.

8. 26 - 198 Consideration of a catering permit submitted by S&W Properties, LLC, dba Vinos Wine and Spirits, for an event on May 1, 2026, at the Archer Complex.

9. 26 - 187 Consideration of six one-day catering permits submitted by DeLancey Enterprises, LLC, dba Hell on Wheels Package Liquors, for an event on June 5, 12, 26, July 10, Aug 21, and 28 at the Archer Complex.
