2. 26 - 226 Consideration of a services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Symmetry Trailers, LLC, in the amount of $23,899 to provide an 8x14 tandem axle trailer to include additional package options (power, AC, and generator) to run through June 30, 2026.

3. 26 - 228 Consideration of a subgrantee agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for a WY Dept of Health, Public Health Division, Gambling Prevention grant, in the amount of $65,117 for community gambling prevention and treatment services to run through June 30, 2029.

4. 26 - 218 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the Hopey's Heart Foundation to request an AED for the Laramie County Combined Communications Center.

5. 26 - 237 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, General Community Benefit Grant, to request funds for the Laramie County Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program to minimize food insecurity of program participants in the amount of $1,750.

6. 26 - 245 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the US Dept of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, for a FY25 Adult Treatment Court Program for DUI Court to support treatment and recovery for a term of four years in the amount of $450,000 with a match of $150,000.

7. 26 - 234 Consideration of the ratification of the deletion from Public Works fixed asset inventory of a 2014 Ford F250 to be sold.

8. 26 - 233 Consideration of the ratification of the deletion from Public Works fixed asset inventory of a 2018 Ford F150 to be sold.

9. 26 - 224 Consideration of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the WY Livestock Board (funding agency) and Laramie County, WY, to enhance livestock law enforcement in the county. The funding agency will pay an amount not to exceed $30,000 for services described in Section 8. The MOU term is from the effective date through Jun 30, 2028, and no payment will be made for services performed prior to the effective date.

10. 26 - 219 Consideration of a catering permit submitted by DeLancey Enterprises, LLC, dba Hell on Wheels Package Liquors, for an event on June 6, 2026, at Hereford Ranch.
