3. 26 - 257 Consideration of a memorandum of understanding between Laramie County, WY, and the town of Pine Bluffs, WY, for extraterritorial law enforcement assistance under WS 7-2-106(b).

4. 26 - 264 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Just Appraised, Inc, to provide one or more SaaS applications designed to facilitate document processing, provide support and maintenance services, consulting, implementation and other professional services.

5. 26 - 265 Consideration of a subrecipient grant award agreement between WY Office of Homeland Security and Laramie County, WY, for a FY25 Federal FEMA Emergency Management Performance Grant in the amount of $90,423 with a 50% match to run through Sept 30, 2026.
