2. 26 - 296 Consideration of a subrecipient grant award agreement between WY Office of Homeland Security and Laramie County, WY, for a FFY23 State Homeland Security Program grant in the amount of $16,035 to purchase safety barriers to run through Aug 31, 2026.

3. 26 - 300 Consideration of a subrecipient grant award agreement between WY Office of Homeland Security and Laramie County, WY, for a FFY25 State Homeland Security Program grant in the amount of $14,907 to purchase Community Emergency Response Team materials and printing to run through Aug 31, 2027.

4. 26 - 301 Consideration of a subrecipient grant award agreement between WY Office of Homeland Security and Laramie County, WY, for a FFY25 State Homeland Security Program grant in the amount of $11,791 to purchase stop the bleed kits and lock boxes for Laramie County School District #2 in partnership with the Sheriff's office to run through Aug 31, 2027.

5. 26 - 330 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the Cheyenne Community Public Recreation District, to request funding to replace playground surfacing for Leadership Park at the Archer Complex, in partnership with the Laramie County Recreation Planning and Advisory Board, in the amount of $50,000.

6. 26 - 317 Consideration of the ratification of construction contract 0010 between Laramie County, WY, and Big Horn Contracting, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $248,877.32 for Senior Activity Center retaining wall repairs and sidewalk improvements as described in exhibit A.

7. 26 - 289 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the city of Cheyenne in an amount not to exceed $156,850 to authorize the city to furnish the county with animal control services from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

8. 26 - 304 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Specialty Counseling and Consulting, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $167,012 to provide substance abuse and mental health treatment services and other treatment-related services to Drug Court participants.

9. 26 - 305 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Specialty Counseling and Consulting, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $151,875 to provide substance abuse and mental health treatment services and other treatment-related services to DUI Court participants.

10. 26 - 306 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Drug Testing Center of Cheyenne, in an amount not to exceed $13,000 to provide drug and alcohol testing and other supporting services to Drug Court participants.
