2. 26 - 375 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing the acceptance of a grant award from the Bureau of Justice Assistance for a FY25 Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Grant in the amount of $21,147 to purchase two fingerprint scanners for the County Coroner's office to run through April 30, 2029.

3. 26 - 381 Consideration of an amendment to the client service agreement and renewal schedule of services and fees between Laramie County, WY, and Legacy Partners Holdings, LLC, to provide consulting and management of the self-funded employee benefit plans.

4. 26 - 382 Consideration of an administrative services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of WY. The agreement pertains to an employee welfare benefit plan maintained by the county as plan sponsor and administrator.

5. 26 - 385 Consideration of amendment #2 to the agreement (231121-10) between Laramie County, WY, and Summit Food Service, LLC, to provide food services at the Juvenile Services Center. The amendment extends the agreement with pricing adjustments for an additional term through June 30, 2027.

7. 26 - 387 Consideration of amendment No 3 to agreement (240319-22) between Laramie County, WY, and MedTrust, LLC, dba MedHealth, to extend the agreement from July 1, 2026, through and including June 30, 2027, to provide correctional health care services.
