1. 26 - 410 Consideration of the Minutes of Proceedings for July 21, 2026.

2. 26 - 400 Consideration of a legal services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Deep Waters Law, LLC, to provide representation to indigent parents in accordance with WS 14-3-422(b) and to comply with county's obligation pursuant to WS 14-3-434(b) at a rate of $150 per hour.

3. 26 - 401 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, the city of Cheyenne and the Cheyenne Animal Shelter for animal shelter services as specifically described in the agreement. The term of the agreement shall be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

4. 26 - 395 Consideration of the ratification of a professional services agreement RFP 0011 between Laramie County, WY, and Artaic Group, LLC, in the amount of $251,790 for HVAC renovation at 2020 Carey Ave in accordance with the scope of services attached as exhibit A.

5. 26 - 392 Consideration of the ratification of change order No 1 to contract 0001 Chalk Bluff Rd (CR 203) Improvements Project (260421-15) between Laramie County, WY, and Connell Resources, Inc, to increase the contract by $22,214.50 for an additional mailbox turnout and mailbox cluster as shown in Attachment 1.

6. 26 - 393 Consideration of the ratification of amendments to extend the terms of the six original agreements (240702-21A), (240917-22A), (240618-12), (240917-22B), (240702-21C) and (240702-21D) between Laramie County, WY, and AVI P: Ayres, Assoc, Inc; Benchmark Engineers, PC; HDR Engineering, Inc; Jones Land Surveying, Inc; and Trihydro Corp, for specific services described therein.

7. 26 - 396 Consideration of a grant agreement between Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and Laramie County, WY, in the amount of $3,000 to provide funds to the Coroner's office to support suicide prevention efforts to run through June 15, 2028.

8. 26 - 394 Consideration of a grant agreement between Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and Laramie County, WY, in the amount of $5,127.55 to fund certification training for the Sheriff's office and to purchase DARE educational materials to run through June 15, 2028.

9. 26 - 415 Consideration of a grant agreement between Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and Laramie County, WY, for a Community Benefit grant award in the amount of $1,500 to provide funds to Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Program for client food and beverages to run through June 15, 2027.

10. 26 - 414 Consideration of a grant agreement between Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and Laramie County, WY, for a Community Benefit grant award in the amount of $2,000 to provide funds to the Coroner's office for suicide prevention materials and resources to run through June 15, 2027.
