11. 26 - 404 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the WY Dept of Health for a FY27 and FY28 community prevention grant in the amount of $901,640 for community-based prevention services.

12. 26 - 405 Consideration of a grant agreement between the WY Dept of Health, Public Health Division, and Laramie County, WY, for a grant award in the amount of $901,640 to prevent the use, misuse, or abuse of tobacco, alcohol, or controlled substances, and activities designed to prevent suicide, to run through June 30, 2028.

13. 26 - 411 Consideration of a juvenile housing agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the city of Cheyenne to outline the terms and agreement for housing juvenile detainees.

14. 26 - 412 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and the city of Cheyenne at a rate of $135 per city prisoner per day and $70 per city prisoner for book and release from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028.

15. 26 - 398 Consideration of the ratification of a two-day catering permit submitted by Maurice W Brown, Inc, dba Town & Country Supermarket Liquor, for an event on July 31 and Aug 1, 2026, at 516 S Greeley Hwy.

16. 26 - 397 Consideration of a catering permit submitted by Laramie County Community College, dba LCCC Dining Services, for an event on Aug 22, 2026, at Hynds Lodge, Curt Gowdy State Park.

17. 26 - 408 Consideration of a nonattest accounting services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and RLR, LLP, in an amount not to exceed $29,500 for nonattest accounting services.

18. 26 - 409 Consideration of an audit services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, in an amount not to exceed $114,975 to audit financial statements of Laramie County for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

20. 26 - 416 Consideration of the following part-time salaries in the amount of $72,877.01 for July 2026: Planning, $992.23; Shooting Sports, $9,910.15; Buildings/Maintenance, $26,243.32; Sheriff Operations, $6,345.77; Detention, $23,615.88; Events, $1,351.95; District Court, $4,417.71.

Contract/Agreement/Leases

22. 26 - 390 Consideration of change order No 1 to the construction contract 0007 (260602-14) between Laramie County, WY, and A-1 Chipseal Co to adjust the contract cost for an additional $189,433.25 and change the description of work as shown in attachment 1.

23. 26 - 391 Consideration of a services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and InControl, Inc, in the amount of $236,908.35 to upgrade the Archer Complex water tower control panel system as described in Exhibit A.
