4. 26 - 436 Consideration of the ratification of an addendum to the order and services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and NEOVGOV, to provide access to SaaS applications and professional services intended to enhance the ability of the county to screen applicants for its hiring process. The county shall pay annual payments as described in attachment A, a combined total of $278,807.05.
