3. 26 - 427 Consideration of the ratification of change order No 2 to contract 0001 Chalk Bluff Rd (CR 203) Improvements Project (260421-15) between Laramie County, WY, and Connell Resources, Inc, to increase the contract by $13,607.93 for widening of driveway approach and extension of a culvert as described in the attachments.

4. 26 - 436 Consideration of the ratification of an addendum to the order and services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and NEOVGOV, to provide access to SaaS applications and professional services intended to enhance the ability of the county to screen applicants for its hiring process. The county shall pay annual payments as described in attachment A, a combined total of $278,807.05.

5. 26 - 437 Consideration of the ratification of a memorandum of understanding between Laramie County, WY, and Platte County, city of Cheyenne, town of Chugwater, town of Glendo, town of Guernsey, town of Wheatland and Prairie View Community School for the Industrial Siting Laramie Range Wind Project Impact Assistance.

6. 26 - 434 Consideration of a fourth amendment to the lease agreement between Laramie County, WY, and US Bank National Association to surrender 2,096 sq ft of space located on the first floor of the building at 2020 Carey Ave.

7. 26 - 430 Consideration of a services agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Won-Door Corp, in the amount of $4,710 for the scope of services described in exhibit A.

8. 26 - 431 Consideration of an agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Cooperative Ministry for Emergency Assistance, dba COMEA House & Resource Center, to provide temporary housing accommodations for eligible participants of the Laramie County Recovery Courts.

9. 26 - 432 Consideration of an addendum between Laramie County, WY, and Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc, (ESRI) to modify the GIS agreements. The county shall pay an annual subscription fee not to exceed $128,200 for three years, for a total not to exceed $384,600.

10. 26 - 435 Consideration of four FY27 annual compensation agreements between Laramie County, WY, and the University of Wyoming.
