11. 26 - 441 Consideration of the ratification of a resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the WY Office of the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Investigation, for a FY24 Project Safe Neighborhood Grant for the Sheriff's office in the amount of $25,206 with a match of $3,127.60 to send a deputy to an advanced homicide investigation training, along with the implementation of Veritone and Callyo systems.

13. 26 - 443 Consideration of a subrecipient agreement between Laramie County, WY, and Memorial Hospital of Laramie County, dba Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, for an opioid settlement award in the amount of $396,254.89 to run through June 30, 2029.
